Spent the day playing with snakes (Slytherin snakes - you!).
My favorite beasties out here in the field - well thats not true either, any beasty is cool by me - but I do love snakes.
Inland Death Adder!! Very Cool! Strike speed 1/25 second - multiple strikes.

Collet Snake, very rare - only 7 adults known to be in existance - like liquid mother of pearl or bronze - pics do not do these beasties justice!
Love em. The Woman running the course has a research facility in the hills near Adelaide, so my daughter and I are going to get some quality time there. Very, very cool!!
