So Warped Tour kicked ass. Anybody else who went, let me know how your time was. This was mine... My sister and I had been planning to go for months. We got our tickets way in advance. The morning comes and we both manage to sleep in, neither of us can get moving, so we leave the house an hour and a half after we wanted to. We had a great time driving to VA, chatting, and being hostile toward the moronic drivers around the beltway. We get 3/4 of the way there(about 45 minutes from home) when I remember to make sure my sister grabbed the tickets. She thinks I'm kidding. Nope. 45 minutes back home, grab the tickets off the fridge door, back in the car to haul ass to warped tour. We are following the directions that are in my head rather than printing them out because there were only two roads that I hadn't been on before. So of course, unbenounced to me, the first of these roads has two exits you can use to get to it which are about 5 or 6 miles apart. We take the first one because I didn't know about the second one. Oops. Rather than 5 minutes on the interstate, we spend half an hour on some VA back road through some damn civil war battlefield. It was so bad we stop at a visitors center to ask Ranger Brad how to get to the venue. of course it was only 5 more minutes in the direction we were heading. We arrive way late, my sister is bummed that she missed both bands she wanted to see, we are both hungry and have fried nerves. Skip ahead skip ahead. After food and water, we feel better. I find out none of my bands have played yet, and to my sisters excitement, neither has hers. We both got to see everyone we wanted to, we got meet sunrisesunset, we bailed early enough to miss traffic, had time to fly home, grab showers, shoot up to Baltimore and see my sisters favorite band VooDoo Blue. What started out to be the worst day ever, wrapped up to be quite enjoyable.

Not to bad. We were able to stop by the house to grab showers and shoot up to Redfish to see VooDoo Blue.
