Cake.

I am sooooo glad that both baking and knitting are 'in' at the moment. Or at least they both seem that way to me, everyone AKA the girls, have started doing these supposed elderly activities. Either that or we're all just getting old, although I think this is untrueas SG has shown even the young (lol, you said 'the young' - ED) seem to be doing it. A rekindling of old traditions and good wholesome morals. Fantastic.
Plus I get cake... and scarves. Nobody but my mother is good enough yet to make jumpers with selectable ribbing [hahahahaaaa I said ribbing], colour and neck type etc... Who since, my mother this is, starting her uni course has finally been given the courage to run with her fantastic desgn ideas. Their house is too damn cool for school and I'm well jealous. The dinning room has these amazing 90s rainbow coloured curtains (for the pattern think a pair of Will Smith baggies circa Fresh Prince series, like 2), Art Deco light french oak furnishings and a wonderful reclaimed iron chandelier painted white and then rubbed down (by myself). Mom even painted the shadows of the chandelier and a few pot plants in the room onto the ceiling and walls in the shades of the connected object [AKA yellow and orange flowering plant gets a new shiny yellow and orage tinted shadow]. *Sigh* I don't even have a full lick of paint on my bedroom wall... still it's all good employment motivation for this year.

I don't know whether I've told you guys, but I have a minor [AKA none stalker. but very real] fetish for female instrumentalists, anything stringed or the flute.... brass and most woodwind ARE NOT SEXY. However, tommorrow at our resident night Transmission a band called Mackla are playing with a sexy Cellist possibly the sexiest of all instruments!! People look at me oddly when I say this, I know you are, but think about the position. There is just something that burns me on the inside to see a girl grip something between her thighs and poor all this passion and love into it, AKA metaphor central.
They axed Dave if they could play, so I hear, because they saw The Bee Shocked and were inspired to start a similar project, only of course with their own instruments. That's cool, no matter how I look at that, so I'm going to be doing my best to poach members i.e. fuse TBS and Mackla
Synths, drums, bass, guitar, cello, fuglehorns and orchestral percussion!!!

And thank you. It's not that I don't find being skinny or skinny girls to be unattractive - they're easily as attractive as any other girl! Just I feel more content with my figure now.
