I think I may have fallen in love with my project supervisor at Uni. His name is.... unimportant, he has an office full, and I mean full of, wires, keyboards and boxes that make funny noises, what a dream boat.
This is gonna be a good year. I've already gone mad over design ideas and he thinks that allot of what I'm suggesting is fairly original, which is cool coz I thought I might be hading for a Desmond (AKA 2.2 degree). Mostly I'm just excited by the prospect of being able to use my own hardware for gigs, it would be really special to be able to use a synth I designed on songs I helped write. Ah.... pride. A deadly sin.
Also, all of a sudden I seem to have choices where women are concered. I think it may have something to do with the start of term and the return of the student population. I like a girl that holds her ground and will argue with me, seems silly, but common interests aren't so important. I just want to spend time with a girl that stands by her convictions and can intellegently tell me why she thinks something. There's nothing worse than all those indie wenches that just cave and say things about music like 'I just do' and 'I like them because they're really cool' or the biggest turn off in history 'I like Morrisey'.
My apologies if anyone is narked by my documentation here, but I use this as a journal mostly, livejournal lost it's charm. All comments welcome of course, but mostly I forget it's read by anyone.

also....a major major pet hate.....people who are fickle.....and change their interests and opinions in the drop of a hat.....urgh
I agree, to have the same taste is sometimes boring, I like better to have somoene to argue with, but not the typical fight like "don't throw your socks away anymore".
