OK, so dating doesn't suck, it just does when things don't go as well as you'd hoped. That's all...I haven't had much luck, although I haven't really been all that much in pursuit. I do when I can and when things happen to fall into place.
So tonight I head to Ground Zero for the Cabaret "total club take over" by Sweet LillyBee and her fabulous Burlesque friends. So I'm sure I'll run into alot of familiar faces and enjoy some dancing and interesting shows as they're doing a partial Gong show tribute at some point too. I really have no idea what the hell is the deal other then I'm invited and I'm going. With who? Don't know yet? Hopefully I can grab a friend or two to go with, or maybe find a date within the next 4 hours?
Today I cannot see out my main windows as there are doing construction on my building where they're stripping the windows of the 60 year old lead paint and putting new stuff on. They say I need to leave up the plastic crap until they are done, and since I have 3 huge windows it may take two weeks...yikes!!? I'm gonna feel trapped in here during the day while I work not being able to look out my windows.
