so, in celebration of my new single self, i made lots of great plans!
lots of parties, shindigs, afternoon coffees, and even lovely girly shopping trips were planned in and saved for!
but, alas, my body had some very different ideas... i have the flu.
I HAVE THE FLU!
not only that, i have contaminated the flat, and all my flatmates have the flu.
damn the scottish weather, damn it to hell!
also, today i tried to put on a pair of of jeans that i LOVE, and cost me a small fortune (a small obsession with matthew williamson) and they wouldnt really button up... i mean, they did, but my arse didnt look half as nice, and i couldnt really breath properly.
im going to eat carrots from now on, nothing but carrots...
so, the whole boyfriend leaving extravaganza is going better then thought-all things considered, i feel a little pooey (not helped by flu) but im managing, and im looking forward to being single again (kind of)
anyway, peeping tom is a soundtrack to my life right now, i forgot i had the album straight after listening to it first a couple of months ago, and rediscovering it is brilliant, fun for all.
