Ug I feel sooo horrible right now.... 
It's 1:11AM and I can't sleep, I can't do anything. I've been having terrible anxiety and painic attacks for days and I don't know what to do. I've never had it this bad and I feel so helpless. I think I've overwhelmed myself to the point of making myself physically ill
My throat constantly feels tight and my toncils are swollen my breathing isn't really effected so I know I'm not really ill but it's debilitating. I feel like the world is comming to an end and I just get hot, clamy and shake... Smoking pot only seems to make it worse, ah, what the hell am I going to do!?! I've got the "FEAR" and I can't get rid of it... I really could use a friend right now.

Sorry to hear that. I have wicked insomnia most of the time but I don't get anxiety. Are you bi-polar at all? Try some herbal tea like chamomile. It should at least work a little to calm down the flashes and stuff.
