It's raining pretty good here in L.A. right now. While I love having the rain wash out all of the crap thats collected around the streets it's not too good for my house. The last bout of santa ana winds that ripped through the valley a couple months ago tore off a healthy chunk of shingles off the corner of my roof. I just haven't had time to get up there and repair it.
My ex-father in-law and my dad have offered to come out and help me fix it this next week. Which is great, but I'm wondering how it's all going to work out. My dad and ex father in-law haven't seen each other since my wife took off. Still everything should be okay since I still get along great with my ex-wifes dad. He's a really good guy and doesn't blame me for anything. It's nice that I still get along with the ex in-laws.
