That reminds me of a really sad time, staying with friends in San Bruno, next to the SF aeroport, on 9/11. How spooky it was NOT to hear or see aeroplanes in the sky for the whole week. Brought an extra resonance of the horror from the east coast to us in the west.

now i want to go to Disneyland!
