so here izZz what i am up to.


today i woke up with the worst head ache and body ache. i felt so loved right before i went to sleep last night. i felt depressed for a bit today. i think it may be because i uphold a standard in my quality of life. thats amazing. the one thing i am most proud of i feel even makes me sad. feels healthy. well i am proud of being sad. i excited to feel every moment i do. even if its painful. its important to understand the emotions one poses.

to feel better i remeber these things i wrote a while ago:
-there is NEVER an easy answer.

-you WILL struggle if your path is for greatness.

-Ignorance is bliss, yes. But bliss is boring.

-Don't rush do it right the 1st time.

-Take a chance, it might never become an option again.

-Advance is personal praise.

-Know when the right time is to walk away.

-Listen to yourself. shhhhhh Listen.
