As we get older we sometimes forget about people that have helped us or meant something to us. Maybe a teacher, a family friend, a pastor, or even a stranger we didn't really know. I've been very lucky in my life that people have taken their time to help me along the way. I don't know if I would be the man I am today without their influence.

I had a high school teacher named Mr. Watts who seemed to understand me better than any adult at the time. He talk to me and explain life to me in a way that I could understand. He also taught me a trade so I could get a job after school. He gave me his time. Time is one of the most important things we have in this world. In the realm of things we don't really have that much of it. So when someone takes the time to help us it is a big thing. We should take our time and thank them.

I spent a lot of my day today thinking about people that have helped me and I really hope I get the chance to see them again and thank them for their time.
