I've decided that I wanna be Chad Lowe. He's my new hero. What a ride this guy had! He went from being Rob Lowe's little brother to being Hillary Swank's wife. He's gone through life in a Laz-E Boy. I admire that greatly.

I don't know if you saw the Oscars, but it was insanely boring. I loved Chris Rock, but he was given about...

Dude. Seriously. Your job is a hell of a lot cooler than most of ours. frown

Do you want to help ladies decide which soap would be best for their horrifying blotchy complexions? I didn't think so.

"Look, lady. My soap does a lot of things, but it can't cure ugly."

I have to say that three times a day.
darklis:
*ahem* I find new ways to be an asinine douchebag everyday.

robot

I happen to love you too, you know. blush

Vuokko suggested that my next journal entry be a bit less morose and talk about people that I'm glad are still around. The problem is that I can't think of a single person.

No! That's not true. There are plenty of people that I'm glad are still around. Rather than just making a list of people I'm glad aren't dead, then,I thought I'd concentrate on...

So, Production Coordinator eh? Actually I don't really have anything to say about that. Never mind!

The good day sun is shining here today.

Gotta get some work done tho. Blegh. Who bought those clouds in here?!
severus:
good mornin'. how was your oscar night christopher? kiss

I miss Joe Strummer. The world needs angry, brilliant people. Joe Stummer is the light in a lot of my darkest hours.

I miss George Harrison. What an amazing soul he was. He achieved more by age 25 than most people in the history of the world have dared to dream about, yet saw the absurdity in his own success and in the end, largely...

I'm listening to the Asbury Park night. It's ace.

Thanks!

Yeah, weird.

OK, so next journal entry is about who you're glad is still around, deal?

Bill O'Reilly is the best comedian working in America. I'm not sure why people pay to see comedy when this guy is giving it away for free.

There was that time when he lost it on the kid who had a father die in the towers on 9/11. There was the story he wrote for the Superbowl program about the lessons he learned as a...

I grew up in a really small town in New Jersey called Wood-Ridge. Wood-Ridge is 3 miles from New York City but may as well be 1000 miles. I mean, I could see the skyline from my bedroom, but I had friends whose PARENTS had grown up in town and had never been to New York. Not once. For them the city was looming across...

I'm okay. Getting used to the snow again, I guess. Keeping the cold at bay with a pointy stick.

Well, not really. My weapon of choice is banana hot chocolate. ooo aaa

That was pure comedy. I'm still laughing.

I am humbled, my friend. biggrin biggrin

I'm eating banana nut crunch and watching "The Incredibles". I love days off.

This Presidents' Day I choose to celebrate William Henry Harrison. Where would my country be without him?

No permission slips.. you are responsible for your own future when dealing with me.

Haha, yes, I do.

The Incredibles was fun. Saw it with some friends and their kid, who LOVED it.

Has everyone been following this "Jeff Gannon" story? It's my favorite story in the news right now. Gannon (not his real name) is a "conservative" reporter who has been granted access to White House press conferences to lob softball questions at our President, who can't handle hard questions. Remember when reporters were supposed to be objective, by the way? You can check out Gannon's website...

are you kidding? ive been having an angel fest this entire weekend. its getting gooood.

Man you know aaaalot of strippers. Poor Hannah. That situation is no fun. My weekend was very nice, and now it's Monday and my eye is itchy and annoying. Maybe I got a little dye in it last night, it's hard not to when you got so much hair, even if you close your eyes when you wash it out it's hard not to get anything in your eyes, i hate that. Hopefully it wont be any serious problems, I got some eye water as we call it so I hope it will work out fine. Poor eye.

Strippers are kinda rare in Sweden, here it's seen as a very, very, very bad job and only really messed up people have to work there and it's not a huge thing either, people are just not so interested, thats weird huh? We got systems so people can always survive and get money from the state anyway so they don't have to take a strip job (if they of course not really want to) I hear often US-girls saying they MUST work as a stripper to pay the bills, even if they dont want to and it makes them feel bad. That's sad, and makes me angry. Fucking weird system, but I know US and Sweden is very different in the political system.

I don't mean to get all Bono on you, but if you wanna read up on the social security "crisis" that the Bush Administration is using to propose an overhaul of the system, click here. It's a pretty good explaination of how our administration is using the same playbook as it used in Iraq: create an emergency in order to push a pet project....

Yes, give her a BIG KISS. She ROCKS. These are the last pictures of my left arm before the new tattoo edition.... so they are of particular value to me. In the next set I do, I'll have more ink. Some times I think that's a good thing, some times I think it's a bad thing. But this new stuff is only a few weeks old, so I'm still settling into it. I always go thru some stupid kind of buyer's remores before I decide that I absolutely love my ink. Silly girl............ Anyway, I'm looking forward to that long e-mail. We can have an entire evening's worth of conversation about NYC and NJ, and life in the BIG CONCRETE JUNGLE. Maybe one of these days when I go home to visit my friends there we can even meet.... biggrin
