It's true, I'm not on here as much. Or not in journals as much. It was taking me upwards of an hour every day just to read through all of my friends'. I feel sort of bad about it, as there are some good folks on here that I miss interacting with, but I just don't have the time these days. I'm still here in spirit.
1) I listen almost exclusively to my head because I've got a bum ticker.
2) Honestly, an unexpected phone call, email, or message will do it for me.
3) I'm imagining this answer will be different for everyone as that's a highly subjective question. A highly subjective question that I like, mind you.
