Urblueygrl's work pays the rent. I'm pretty sure the contract between the apartments and the company she works for, doesn't allow them to raise the rent. The rent here is already $1100, if it went up, we'd move, the place isn't worth what we are paying now.
Dave's pretty consistent with his messages on MySpace. He's easy to communicate with.
