Oh, and I looked at the satellite pictures of the house, and it's all single family homes. The only thing that might be an issue is that it's pretty close to the freeway. But the price is so good I think I can deal with that.

The rooms look really small, though. We plan to have an office and an extra bedroom, but the extra bedroom might just be storage for awhile since there's no garage or basement.

There's another house owned by the same people on the property, but it has its own yard and driveway and everything. I don't really know what the city is like other than it's about the same size as Costa Mesa, and we'll be south east of downtown. Oh, and apparently they have a pretty nice farmer's market. You'll have to come visit.
