We here in South Oz are only a week into autumn (fall) and we are getting rain already. For anyone that knows SA's climate would know how impressive this is! Thankfully there hasn't been flooding or freak storms like Queensland and Melbourne have had to endure recently. 
I for one and VERY stoked, I love the rain and cold air. It means I can start wearing my cuddly warm winter outfits.
I can hide inside with a cup of tea warming my hands and listen to the rain on the roof mixed with the sound of the dryer as it warms and fluffs up the bath towels. I can smell the freshly disturbed earth and plants as they receive their first drink in a long time. I can hear the constant chatter of birds in the many large gum trees in the neighbourhood. I can feel that slight tingle when that cold air creeps across my skin. I can see my three dogs curled into little balls on their beds.
Yep, I think it's official....I love winter.
