Drugs are the scourge of the earth. Not sure if I've told you about my mate Macrae before but at school he was an absolute genius, then he went to uni and did all this drugs shit which led to him having a nervous breakdown. Now he needs pills to wake up, pills to sleep and is always trembling. On the upside he's doing fine now.

Sounds like you're going to need the patience of Job to help this guy. Good luck on whatever you decide.
