Another night of fucked up sleep. I figured the iPod would help a little so I put the head phones on at about 1:00am. Bad idea. I have a few Lamb Of God songs on it. Can you guess what happened??
I somehow turned the whole freekin volume up and almost juped through the ceiling!!!!

I am going to finally do the dishes. Jessica is at work all day today.
