I put my first offer in on a house for a client. Very exciting. If it goes thorugh it will be my biggest payday ever and I can consider travelling this summer.

Was hanging out with this girl who became crazy quick. I am not talking usual stuff. I am swearing off women agian.

Took my Mom and Sister to lunch. I had the hottest waitress flirting with me. She signed our check with a heart before her name and now I am overanalyzing that. Well, I know where I will be eating alot. Swearing off women lasted about ten hours this time.
