Well... It has been a while so I thought I would give my friends in SG land a little update...
I've been keeping busy working at a music shop during the busy season. Kids renting their band instruments and so on. This is the same store that laid me off last year due to another store closing (seniority issues) and this time I've been told outright that it is temporary
Way fucking better than nothing though. I did have a job interview at the competitor's though for a full time position last Saturday and I think it went well. Hopefully I get a positive response and I can jump ship in search of stability!
In the land of women/sex/love... I met a very fun, sexy and sweet American girl a couple of weeks ago. She's a geek, I'm a geek, she's good in bed, I'm good in bed (Or so she says and I'm not going to rain on that). I'm pretty happy on that respect but that permanent job would really be the cherry on top of the cake... or whipped cream... or chocolate sauce... you get the idea!
