i slept horribly last night but am feeling moderately better right now. i still have a dr.'s appointment tomorrow, but i probably won't be calling in sick to work anytime this week.
i had my performance review at work today and it was all good AND i got a nice little raise. i was actually kind of suprised she had nothing negative to say, there always seems to be some kind of tension in the lab.

yeah it was a bit yikes in my journal but it is settling down... PS.. H and I have been hanging out and it is suprisingly good. Really good.
