it's been a pretty good long weekend so far. i still have some christmas shopping to do, i haven't cleaned out my closets yet, haven't tried to get the henna out of my hair, and i haven't done any real cooking. jeez, what have i been doing all this time? probably shouldn't have slept til noon all those days, but oh well.
i'm on call for thanksgiving b ut i don't have any plans. it's possible i'll be depressed.

My tday should be somewhat interesting. I'm having dinner at my cousin's house. He got married to his long term boyfriend, and after that prop passed I wonder what he's going to do. I'm making pumpkin pie squares. It's a poor substitute for having the right to marry, but it might help. whatever

It's possible. Their 38th anniversary was this weekend, so I'm thinking they probably came to terms one way or the other. They sounded to be in reasonably good moods tonight when I talked to my dad, so I'm thinking any thought of it has been postponed until the new year at least. But my mom told me a few weeks ago that she was as close to wanting it as she's ever been.
