so, since i was feeling rather dejected this afternoon, i went out to spend some money. i hate how that makes me feel better. but it did help, as there was a sale at spartacus and i was able to pick up both toys that i wanted (featured in a previous journal entry). yes, it is still depressing that these toys won't get put to use for the forseeable future, but i like having them around. edited to add this pic just for bosonuser since i grossed him out earlier:
