ok an update at last. so.....

life's busy these days. I'm about to wrap work on scoring a friend of mine's feature film. I've been ask to score a number of key scenes, and I'm wrapping that up tonight. all the music has turned out exceptionally well, and i think it's all going to work very nicely in the film. he's an extremely talented filmmaker studying directing at the american film institute. he's one of the best... no joke.

i very much enjoy writing music. especially film music... this has turned out so much better than i thought it would. i told him that WHEN he becomes huge and starts directing major motion pictures he should be sure to hire me to write his music.


work's crazy. in the next week we're going to wrap work on our next short film. look for it in such places as sundance and other film and animation festivals. it also means 16-24 hour days for the next week. im not looking forward to that, but its fun work, and I would trade it for nothing.

except a job composing film scores.
