What an interesting past few days. I feel really good about a lot of things lately. Kind of feel like saying fuck it and going with what I'd want to do and not really worry about the consequences.

Gym time was brutal. 3 sets of strip sets to finish off back day on the rowing machine. Shoulders and shrugs followed that. Fucking spent but fuck I could fuck the shit out of someone right now.
