hehe.... so I got reported to the big bad BBB the other day. People are so dumb, this lady ordered a mattress from me and we set up a delivery time between 6:00 & 9:00 in the evening... my drivers get there and she wasn't there so they went through their procedure and called me. I in turn called the lady, and she was like oh ok I'm on my way home... like this was part of the whole plan or something... I was like they'll wait x amount of time and they're gone. she got back and they had taken off because they were very packed and on a very tight schedule. So she gets all huffy and demands her money back, now we're a multi-billion dollar corporation and I try to explain to her that I can't do that it'll take a couple of days (for both my side to do it and her company to approve it and put it back) and she claims that unacceptable and blah,blah,blah... and reported my corporation to BBB... when it was her damn fault for missing her delivery window. There needs to be like a CCC (Crappy Consumer Cabinet) that businesses can report to and they send a representative out to the consumers house and kicks them in the balls then leaves.....that'd be great.

Sorry things were so packed last night. It's been getting more crowded over the last few weeks. I'm gonna drag some other tables over next week so it won't be so bad.
