I went to Tower Records after work because I thought that the second season of "Futurama" came out today on DVD but it seems I was wrong. That's ok though, it comes out NEXT Tuesday along with the new Bouncing Souls and Rancid albums. AWWWWWWWW YEAH. Next Tuesday is going to rock the proverbial casbah.
Well hold on now... according to amazon.com "Futurama" DID come out today. FUCKING TOWER! Sons of bitches. I KNEW I wasn't wrong. Dammit all to hell. Looks like I'm going to Best Buy tomorrow on my lunch break. Ah well, I'm sure I can get a geek posse of my coworkers together to go with me. Plus, I'm vindicated. And now I can just go to Rhino Records to get the Souls and Rancid albums and not have to deal with Tower Records. God that place fucking sucks. A pox on them.
In other news it seems like I might have regained my normally endless appetite after being sick. I've not eaten any solid food since last Thursday night. Well, assuming you can really count sushi as solid food. I think tonight I will be a madman and heat up some pizza and give it a go.
I gotta go grocery shopping tho. Seriously, I have pathetic bachelor fridge. Week old pizza, and Guinness. That's all that's in my fridge. And Ben & Jerry's chcolate ice cream in the freezer cuz it's hot as fuck in the Vall. So hot, in fact that I've taken to sleeping on the living room couch cuz that's where the air conditioning is. What the fuck, right? It's not like I have a girl to sleep next to me and need to have a big enough space for two.
Got my invitation to the "Spider-Man 2" wrap party today. That's gonna fuckin rock. It's at a bowling alley, and there's gonna be karaoke. I should be able to find a date for that.
