Oh my goodness,
I can't believe that it's been almost 6 months since I logged on and left an entry on my journal. I can't believe that we're part-way through February already and I haven't even logged on to wish anybody a happy new year!
What a chump.
And what a shame. There's too much good stuff going on here to not be involved. Too many interesting stories and interesting lives to be a part of.
I've been looking back over previous entries and remembering what a good time I've had here. I remember announcing the birth of my son, and all the messages of goodwill that followed. I've been laughing at some of my old messages, each one, a happy memory.
In a couple of weeks I'll be embarking on a very real SG adventure. One of my oldest pals on this site TowrOfStrength makes his way over to my side of the pond, all the way from the Hudson Valley. It's only right that he and I raise a beer together being that we've talked about the delicious brew on a number of occasions! (hope thats the plan, whaddya say buddy?) My point here is that this is an example of an opportunity to meet and have some fun with someone that wouldn't have happened had I not involved myself on this site.
Time to kick myself in the ass and reacquaint myself with you all once more.
