There's a really great discussion going on over on the boards about the pros/cons of unions. That's one subject I reeeeally don't know enough about to weigh in on, but there are some really good points being made for both sides, and anyone who has any interest in the economy or the workforce should at least pay it a visit to see what's up.

Oh, and if you've got an opinion about me linking to the discussion (or, really, anything else), I'd love to hear it, but if you've got an opinion about unions, please go post it on the discussion board, I don't want to fragment the conversation.
