Last night, Shalome and I made a pretty picture showing the distribution of votes by county across the country. Our hope is to try to dispel the notion that the country is split into 'red' states and 'blue' states, because that sort of 'us' vs. 'them' approach to American politics isn't healthy.

But enough of that.

We're taking him out tonight with SGLA for dinner, drinks, and debauchery.
This weekend is Disneyland.

What does all this mean? Just that I'm going to try to put my outrage and concern about our current political state aside for the weekend and enjoy myself. Okay, maybe not totally aside, but at least give it a lower priority among my mental processes.
