It's raining, and it sounds like swarms of giant bees are attacking the city. Don't worry though, it's just the Long Beach Grand Prix. It's really a surreal event. They convert downtown Long Beach into an F1 race course for a three-day event. When we were looking at the building my company is moving into in a couple weeks, it was a bit odd, because there were giant temporary concrete walls along the street outside with stacks of tires at the corner.
