So, my landlord has been on an insane home improvement kick as of late...in the last month I've gotten:

- upgraded and extra electrical outlets

- new windows that actually open and close easily

- fixed pipes that drain easily

and today!...

- a washer and dryer!!!

I feel like I was a first-round winner on The Price is Right.

If he puts in parking, I may be tempted to stay after my lease is up...though of course he'll probably raise the rent. bah.

Going with Shalome to see Maxx and friends do their instant films thing tonight. It should be a lot of fun, and I haven't been out all week, so it'll be really nice to get out and see people again.

Portfolio review is coming up. It's my second and final chance to get into the BFA program. Color me nervous. I'm damn near out of ideas for new stuff, so hopefully the 3 or 4 projects I've gotten put together since the last review will be enough to get me in.
