Fucking hell. The place I work at is a sort of warehousey-lofty kind of place that's a dual-purpose zoned building, and my bosses moved into the living space a few months ago. No big deal, except that they brought their cat with them. I'm allergic to cats. Not horribly allergic, just I can't touch them, and sometimes the fur floating around can cause some sinus problems. Well, it wasn't going to be a big deal because they were going to keep the cat in the way back room, where the cat would never cross my path, and there would be no danger of contaminated air.
Only they didn't.
And now my eyes are itchy and watering, and my nose is beginning to run a little.
I love cats, I just need to be properly medicated to be around them. And right at the moment, I'm not. Grr.. ...That, or I need to be mildly medicated around them for a long period of time. We have a cat. He doesn't cause my allergies to go haywire anymore unless I pet him a lot. I'm just used to him.

my husband just bought a utilikilt, which is just slightly more socially acceptable than a skirt. he highly reccomends it, but here in Taoma the sour faces people make are idiotic and hilarious. I feel like I'm in high school again.
