So...last night began, for me, reading this, then jumping into sgchat to see if I could help. LE and Anne deserve medals, or at least a nice gift basket, for handling that with such poise.

Then I watched a grotesquely overedited tv-version of Interview With The Vampire, cuddled up on the couch with my love, and came to the conclusion that cuddling is good, and overediting is bad. Ok, so it's not exactly an earth-shattering revelation, but it's a nice little bit of insight to keep in mind...or in a fortune cookie or something.

I don't particularly care for detailed play-by-play recounting of an evenings events, so I'll summarize the rest:

*The site went down...but you know that.
*My connection to LE's cam feed was miraculously spared...yay!
*I showed some people how to change the language Google appears in.
*We helped teach Louise how to change the topic in the chat room...or...we tried, but ended up just making her angry.
*I did not make sufficient progress on my homework.

That last one's a killer, and is the reason I'm banning myself from chat until my project is finished.
