Last weekend seems like forever ago, so I thought I should update... Went to a funeral yesterday so feeling kinda...blah.
I never know what the proper funeral ettiquette is. I never want to just say "I'm sorry" because it just sounds so disposable I guess and its not like it ever helps. I remember at my dad's funeral thinking that if one more person told me they were sorry I would rip their throat out. What I wished for the most was someone to walk up and say something totally out of the blue, unrelated to the situation that made me laugh or at least distracted me. I guess people don't do that cause it would seem insensitive. I just got tired of people treating me like I was made of porcelain. While I was at this funeral it made me think about how dazed I was at dad's and how I don't really remember any of the things that people said about him or anthing. I wish I could. Enough moping!
