I don't know why I don't update this thing more. I am on here every day. I used to really enjoy writing new journals but know it kind of feels like a chore. I have been doing lots of lurking though, which I enjoy.

Here is a list of random things that have happened since my last update (over a month ago!):

* My boy left and I miss him terribly. He's "at sea" so I can't even talk to him on the phone, except for the rare occasions he can get his hands on a satellite phone and the reception on those babies sucks ass.

* I found out that next year I won't have my own class and that I will only be working 2 days a week. Unless I find something more steady my hope of actually leaving home before I hit 25 is disappearing. I never thought I'd be that girl

* I changed my profile pic because I am sick of the sight of my own face.

* I saw Man's Ruin burlesque last night and it was everything good burlesque should be: pasties (no nipples!), feathers, corsets, fishnets, cheeky smiles, gloves, fans, fantastic boobies, etc.... Morgannahh and Platypuz were there too and they are still awesome.
Spookshow and I made the sweet, sweet photobooth love....

* I have stretched my ears up to 8ga. Pretty weak considering some of the mods I've seen on this site but I need to keep mine pretty low key. Will probably stop at 4ga and get some pretty and shiny tunnels.

* Spooky and Living_Dead_Girl are DJ superstars (kind of) at Blink on Saturday nights. They are hot and they play good shit so every one should go and see them for the ear and eye candy.

* ampersand maybe flying across the country to see the Twilight Singers. Everybody go and tell him to come to Sydney because we miss him when he's not here.

* I'm tired of updating already.

UPDATE: I'm never wearing pants again. I just went to put some jeans on (that had been sitting in my drawer, mind you) and felt a tickling on my foot. I removed said foot from leg of jeans and gave the jeans a shake and a huntsman the size of my fist fell out. And did I handle this situation in a cool and collected manner? Oh you bet your ass I didn't. I screamed at that thing like it was coming after me with an axe. Then I smashed it with a shoe. BabyFirefly: 1 Bastard Spiders: 0. But still, no pants.
