Yeah, you have to start at the beginning just because it lays out the story for you and this season would make no sense at all.
Also, have you seen the show "Carnivale"? We seem to have a lot of the same interests when it comes to tv and movies, so I think this is a show you should definitely check out. The first season is out on dvd, the second hasn't come out yet but is done. Unfortunately, HBO cancelled the series so there is no more, the 2 seasons they had were amazing.

I had to spend the whole day cleaning house because apparently, my landlords just got the water bill for the last six months and it is huge.

Thanks for checking out my writing. I'm always my own worst critic with my fiction stuff, but I've always felt okay with my journalism.
You should watch some fights sometime. Maybe I'll send you a tape or a dvd to check out. You just have to look at the skill that's involved. I taught brazilian jiu-jitsu for a long time, and it's really something when you fully understand it all.
I'll have a bunch more stuff up on the site in the next few days because I've done a bunch of new interviews and the thing I went to in Toronto this weekend was a big deal for our site.
I'd like to read some of your newer stuff if you have something you'd be okay with me reading.

What paper are you editor-in-chief of? I edited copy at The Bridge (PCC) all last year, but I'm not very proud of it. Most of the writers were pretty lousy, although we had a few good ones.
