I think I have met the most scatterbrained boss ever. (I mean that in the nicest way possible!) I have had 4 telephone conversations with him and one hour-long interview (to make COFFEE no less) and today he told me that he still wants to hire me, but needs another week to get things organized. At least he remembered my name this time.

I have officially decided that I am going somewhere this summer, probably for a week or so. Normally, there would be no question that I would be going to Burning Man, but this year, I am waffling on the idea a little. Pretty much all of my campmates can't go, so I would need a place to live. I could camp with Sunggletown, but I am not sure I want to take on the emotional responsibility of that. My friend Trisha has decided that she really wants to go. That would be great fun, but I think it would also be great trouble. Something about the two of us....
I am also considering going to Chicago. My friend Elizabeth goes back every year (she's from there) and I could go with her. She often goes late in the summer so that she can catch the Renn Faire, so that would probably work out with my theatre schedule. (I got a job at Mt. Hood Rep this summer stage managing, yay!)

Hmm...so many choices. I need to go somewhere that is away from all things normal and routine so that I can get out of my box.

Meh, I've got time to decide......off to The Aladdin for a concert.

*****since I have posted this, I have had an invitation to visit Phoenix and Columbus, OH, hey- in Columbus, I even have a place to stay for free....hmmmm. Hard to pass up!
