So, here is what I learned about life this week. The world does not, in
fact, end when you say no. Who would have thought that I could let go of
control long enough for someone else to take the reins for a while and
everything would somehow be okay? Next on my list is learning how to follow
when dancing. It is so hard to just let go.
It is all about baby steps for me right now.
1. Reliquish control of my heart every now and then.
2. Try to believe that I am a beautiful and valuable person.
3. Do not fear making connections.
4. Wear less clothing with confidence and enthusiasm.
5. Exercise passion in all things.
