Spent a relaxing afternoon at the Nashoba Winery. Nursed a bottle of Riesling, ate some cheddar and mustard, and read a Judas Unchained.

The interesting thing about not having read in a while (coupled with the fact that I didn't put in a bookmark) is that I had to spend a good portion of time just figuring out where the heck I was in the book.

So it is interesting being a geek who like sci-fi who often feels he has to quell that part of his personality. (mostly for things like dating sites -which this site is not)

But it does do my heart good to see so many people with common interests. (and fantastically awesome girls who like books like Snowcrash!)

It is a nice welcoming feeling of comfort and a sense of 'welcome home, you don't have to hide who are, because of fear that it produces an automatic negative-mark against you.'

The Riesling must still be embedded in the system, I'm getting all sappy.
