woke upthis morning with a massive headache behind my left eye.... was worried it might be a migraine... i had some water with some pills and went back to bed... within half an hour i was driving the porcelain bus 
... aaahhh!!! up and down , up and down , until i feel to sleep. woke up still with a slight head-on but feeling so much better... phew!! 
not sure i'll sit at the computer much today as the head is still fragile... but it has been a very long time since this has happened
so now i'm sitting here printing off a pre-in class handbook for my TESOL course... exciting!!! well, actually i am
