I went to the gym, after an absence of 3 weeks, I did not push it, just made sure I completed my routine as easy as I could, particularly on the running machine. The machine I never go on now is the Pectoral,(you know the one you sit upright and put your hands on the outside of two pads and bring them together meeting just in front of you, lifting weights in the process) I hurt my arm on it a while ago, it was about a year before it was all back to normal. Afterwards I went in the swimming pool, to cool down and did some stretching, both are great to avoid post exercise stiffness. I was glad I went back to the gym.


Just saw on a breakfast TV show, whilst waiting for the Kate Winslet interview (I like her looks & figure but I think she is a madame and drama queen), Nigella Lawson and Clive James reviewed the Sunday papers, one story was highlighted, the one where buy the Conservative Party want to turn back the clock and reintroduce Victrioan Values, you know the ones:

Hypocrisy,
sending children up chimneys and down the mines
The work house
Massive gap between rich and poor,
Infant mortality
Slums
Cholera and Typhoid
No real law for the poor

They have soon forgot John Majors back to basics campaign, and its consequences. Also recently 2 Mp's have left there wives and families, under murky circumstances, both were Tory, here we go again
