Updatedness '05 !!!

It's a new year. Eep!

My new year's eve was beautiful. Delicious. Fantastic. Orgasmic. (Well, not that last one. Someone fell asleep early. And it wasn't me damnit. Stupid Ryan.)

My Janicanne showed up. We hugged, we loved, we shed a tear. I was so happy. Saw my friend Christina, and she brought her friend Sara, who also went to high school with us but I did not know her back then. She's actually really cool, and we were loving hanging out with each other.

I got sooo drunk. And sooooo many bowls were smoked. I actually had a hangover the next day. And I don't get hangovers, so that's a bad sign. Ryan and I crashed at his sister's (where the party was), and in the morning Annie and JB (her husband) made us all breakfast and we sat around watching TV and drinking coffee. 'Twas a good start to the year.

Yesterday I went to Blue Byrd Tattoos and got my labret pierced. Yay! I also took in the piece I want to get done, and before I was even halfway to the counter the one guy (who is so ungodly hot) saw that I was carrying a Mucha book, lifted up his sleeve, and showed me the Mucha piece he had on his lower arm. I almost jumped over the counter.

I talked to the one guy Jim about it, and he told me he could do it for about $250 and to just bring the book back in a few days beforehand. So I'll probably go sometime soon. It's going to take about 5 hours or so. I'm a little nervous, since it'll be my first big piece. But I'm a-excited.

Aaand I saw Lucas yesterday at Barnes and Noble. He liked my labret piercing. He seemed happy to see me. Booger. He couldn't talk long, cause he was going on break. Saw him there again today. (I'm not stalking him. Well, not entirely.) And he came running over to tell me that he wanted to make sure I didn't think he was ignoring me yesterday. I just said "Um, no. You were working afterall..."

Been spending my loan money like crazy. 'Tis fun being able to buy myself little treats. I bought Garden State, Dawn of the Dead, Anchorman, Eddie Izzard's Unrepeatable, and Green Day's American Idiot.

Start school tomorrow. Huzzah. Finally my brain will be put to work again. Will be lots o'reading this quarter.
