So the weather's pissy and I've got the house to myself... so it seemed an excellent day to listen to music full volume and drink in the shower in the middle of the day.
It'd be lovely to not be a broke college student and be able to move into my own place. I don't think I'm going to move in with Jessie/Celia/Sabrina. I can't live with that many girls. I think I'm going to fill out some transfer applications for schools this fall. Perhaps a bit of early pipe-dreaming. But I've been hating it here more than normal the last few weeks. I'm going nuthouse.
Aaaanyway. The piercing went well. Got a rook piercing. Tis a bit sore as evidenced by my daily screams of pain while getting dressed/undressed.
The party was entertaining. I fell down a lot. Cause I'm a klutz. Enough said. My friend Sarah from school was there. So her and Amber did their usual pimp-dating service. "Who you seeing? No one? Oh, well he's single. Him too. You two would be good together. He'd be good for you. We call him 'Cockzilla'." It's getting old. But they think they're being helpful and I'm not going to yell, because (a) it's funny and (2) I couldn't care less at this point. I really don't want to see anyone right now, so go me.
I'm excited about the next few months. I think. A wedding this weekend (that I'm not, I've got issues with marriage, but hey if it makes them happy). Next weekend the cookout in Columbus with SG people, most of whom I've not met (that should be neat). Another wedding on the 28th. School starts back up on the 7th -- I miss my Latin kids and profs and I really miss Andrew (that situation just needs to be settled, one way or the other).
And Xfest rolls around mid-September, which is always fun times cause Jessie and all of our group always go to that together, and she'll get to take her boy this year. Plus our new favourite band is playing. Of course that throws the Pink House Party VI into question; I'm either not going or I'll have to decide whether I think my car can make it and I'll leave Saturday night/Sunday morning...
