The Christmas-themed sets have been adorable and all, but good god. Soooo many of them. Just another year where I'm reminded that Christmas is so. over. done.
On a holiday related note, I had to stop and buy one of my own gifts Friday after work. I told my mom a few months ago to get me the Jewish Study Bible, and she waited until the other day to call around and ask for it.
Well when she got a hold of someone at Border's finally, the girl was really nice and helpful and told her she'd go look on the floor for it and even brought it back to the register. Then she tells my mom, "I've been around these Christmas people all day. It's nice to have one of my people looking for something."
I didn't know whether to laugh or feel bad for being a faker.

If that's what my mom was implying with the ornament, she will be quite disappointed.
