Working in Retail - sometimes is absolutely wonderful, other times you deal with demon people spewed out by the local Hellmouth. Today was the latter. I have dealt with people who if I slammed over the head with a 15kilo rug (32lbs for you Imperial Measurement peeps), I would be exonerated by a court of my peers. I had one Assbag customer shove an item, from a different dept, under three foot of rolled towels which were in a basket...WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT?? So I passive aggressively, fished out the item, and snuck it back into their trolley. A small win in an exhausting battle of Customer Service v Customers. I love my job, but today really pushed my patience. Thanks for your time.
