I Lived!! I'm pretty sore and really drugged up but I survived surgery today.
Stupid fukking doctor. I specifically asked him to give me non-narcotic pain pills (being a former heroin addict and all) and what does he do? Instead of giving meVioxx like we had discussed he gives me a script for 40 ct 750 mg. Vicodin (2 refills) not once but twice! I picked up my script an hour before the surgery from his office and then he wrote me another one after the surgery cuz he's an idiot and forgot he already gave me one. So now I, the addict extraordinaire, has access to 240 Vicodins! I guess I should have asked for Oxy-Contins and sold them off. I could have retired on that $$!!
God, grant me the serenity to make sure this shit does not kick up any old demons.
The strength not to over medicate or catch a little habit from these.
And the wisdom not to keep filling these scrips.

Be careful with old demons... they never really go away.
Yea... I missed out with the SG Tampa thingy. Maybe another time. But as for now the reality of my life calls.
