It's 4am and I find myself unable to fall asleep. And for some reason I find myself thinking about an incident that happened last month with my old guild in WoW. People who claimed to be my friends pulled the rug out from under my feet. It really hurt, and I still feel betrayed by them. I know it's just a game, but the bonds...

Hooray I am going to school again. I will be going to the Art Institute Online. So far with talking to these people they have impressed me in ways that Westwood never could. I'll actually be going to a real 4 year school not just a degree mill. The actual class list fully impressed me with full classes on color theory, and the like. Westwood...

Claire Danes is pretty cool I think, but I was iffy on her as Yvaine...

Good luck with school, I hate mine. frown

So I just finished reading "The Golden Compass". I must say, Harrpy Potter doesnt even hold a candle compared to the "His Dark Materials" Trilogy. Though I may be speaking too soon as I have only read the first book and I have two more to go go. However I think the reason I like the Pullman's work more is that he created some wonderful...

Hooray indeed!
I've heard a lot about The Golden Compass, but I have yet to read it. So many books, so little time. frown

Yeah, I have the one for Playstation. Chrono Cross has been my favorite game since I was probably 12 or 13, so it's really exciting to play Trigger!

God this job search sucks. Im even attempting to get a job at a corporate drone job, but they just don't seem interested.

I wish my car had been able to slowly die. I think that'd be better than having it smashed while you're out of state. blackeyed

Also, I start the job hunt tomorrow. Hopefully I won't get desperate enough to look up in Evergreen. wink (oh who am I kidding, I've been doing yardwork up in Evergreen all summer)

I now realize that I can't work in large corportate environments. I went to apply at a call center for a cable company. And while reading through the paperwork they handed me, I realized they didn't care who I was as long as I could obey their rules do the job, and make their numbers look good. They are always hiring which means they have...

Yeah, that was a little weird. But it didn't sound anything like Hugo Weaving, I freaked out when I saw it was him!

Yeah, it's scary because my sister and I have to drive that highway a lot. I don't really know how freaked out she is, because I'm in California. frown

So I went to the library today, hoping to find a good book to check out. As I scanned their catalog I was reminded why I prefer to buy books over renting them. There is a lot more satisfaction in owning a good book than borrowing it.

Still trying to find a job as well. Not much luck.

*sigh* Well no job for me at Gamestop. While corporate doesnt care about my working for them so long ago, aparently the District Manager does. So now I have to look elsewhere.

My dad is trying to get me to work for Skywest Airlines as a customer service agent. And while the pay isnt bad, and the benefits are nice, the issue is the commute...

Well this is annoying. I can't find any good options for going back to school. When I went to school I used Sallie Mae which I learned was a horrid mistake. Another mistake was the school I went to. They filled me with false promises and staffed themselves with teachers who didn't know shit about what they were teaching. (I should have taken the lack...

Le sigh. It's not really a romance novel, I just really enjoy the romance aspect of it. It's very good, really.
