So I have decided that I am going to move out of the folks' home this year. I am tired of depending on them. I am also tired of the commute from the mountains to work. I would like to live within 15 minutes of where I enjoy hanging out, not 45. My dad want me to save up for a new car, but I figure if I move closer to work, my car will last me a little longer. And though I just got my job I am going to be saving like a madman spending only what I need to for gas, and what few bills I do have.
I am going to need a room mate though. I don't have the greatest credit and thats the main reason I need one. A friend of mine pointed me to what sounds like a great house, pretty much right next to hers for only $700 or so. Downside is its going up in June and I don't intend to move out until August or so.
