This shitty month is almost over! This really has been a fucking shitty month. Next month however, should be awesome. Might get a new job paying almost twice as much, and moving into a place that costs less than half what I pay now.
Right now I'm stuck in a 100 year old Victorian in the shitty part of town for 700 a month, which includes 6 other house mates, 1 bathroom, no living room, 2 stray cats, some kind of mite infestation, ants, spiders, moldy bathroom, leaky roof, occasional drive by's down the street, and no showers currently because the stall leaks through the floor to the bathroom downstairs which is the landlords bitch son.
The place I'm hoping to move into is a 4 story 1 year old fortress with good security precautions, 2 other rooms, and only 2 other tenants, 1 very nice br, brand new kitchen appliances, decent view, safe parking, my neighbors are friends with a pool table
... and all for 300 for my room!
I really hope this works out, if so, than I guess this month was worth it.
